Content Policy
As a seller at Stamps2Go,
you are allowed to enter information pertaining to items you have for sale.
This may include a description of the item, and/or a URL link to an image of
the item. This information is then viewable by other users and browsers of the
site.
The images and item descriptions you provide are subject to the following
content rules:

Item descriptions must be limited to comments pertaining to the specific item
being offered for sale. Advertising for other items the seller has available,
or for his store or website are prohibited. E-mail addresses or other personal
information should not be included in item descriptions. Since shipping cost is
fixed by Stamps2Go, you
should not include a description of your shipping fees in the item description.
Any mention of insurance or handling fees are prohibited, as well as statements
limiting your liability for misdescribed or non-received orders.

Since Stamps2Go
collects payment from the buyer when the transaction is completed, you should
not specify payment terms, discounts, or other financial details in the item
description.

Preferably, images will be of the actual item offered for sale. Generic images,
or images scanned from a book or catalog which show only a likeness of the
stamp, are allowed, but must be so indicated when listing the item for sale. A
checkbox is provided on the item entry form for this purpose.

Images must show only the item offered for sale. Advertisements, and special
effects such as animated GIFs are not allowed. An image may include multiple
views of the item for sale (for instance, front and back), if desired.

Profanity, vulgar language, or comments pertaining to other persons or users
are not allowed. Images with pornographic or distasteful content are not
allowed. Anyone breaking this rule will be subject to immediate expulsion from
the Stamps2Go site.
Stamps2Go reserves the right
to remove from our listing, without prior notice, any items that do not conform
to these content rules. A seller who blatantly refuses to follow our content
rules may, at the option of Stamps2Go,
be expelled from the Stamps2Go
site.
Stamps2Go also is
authorized to edit sale listings if obvious errors are found to exist. Such
corrections would be limited to descriptive information about a sale item that,
if left unchanged, might mislead a buyer. If corrections are needed that might
affect the asking price of the item, or if more information is needed in order
to make a correction, the seller will be contacted.
